Operator Level and Consultation Pricing
Please be aware that prices for our services may vary based on the operator level and will be finalized after a consultation.
A card fee of 3% will be applied to all service and retail transactions. To provide flexibility and options for our valued customers, we offer two fee-free alternatives:

Pay by CASH
No fees will be charged for tips! We appreciate and encourage your generosity.
Appointment Confirmation and Cancellation
To secure your appointment for all spa services and chemical hair services, a $50 deposit is required. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained.
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued for services or retail products.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please report it within three (3) days to the Front Desk or Management. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will redo the service during the same week.
Retail Product Policy
For unused retail products, exchanges are accepted. If a product has been used, the company may issue a Company Gift Certificate for services only, with a value equivalent to the purchase.
